Cauliflower is an excellent substitute for paleo dieters who miss the taste and texture of rice. It’s even better when mixed with other great ingredients in this recipe like broccoli, coconut aminos (as a soy sauce replacement), garlic, olive oil, and of course, the lean ground beef.
